Guidelines

• Acknowledge every new order within 24 hours by clicking Start Production.
• Target production completion within 3 business days for standard sizes, 5 days for custom sizes.
• Mark Ready for QC once the mattress passes your internal inspection.
• After Rejuvra's quality check and sign-off, mark Dispatched to Rejuvra Warehouse.
