Every returned mattress is donated to local shelters, old-age homes and hospital-linked NGOs across India — never resold. We'd rather a family in need sleeps better tonight than see one of our mattresses in a warehouse.
Every product we currently sell, and exactly what it is covered by. The warranty is separate from the trial and runs from the date of delivery.

Any pillow or protector that arrives defective or damaged in transit is replaced free of charge — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Mattresses (15 years, depreciating): every Rejuvra mattress — all six models, standard and custom sizes — carries the same 15-year depreciating warranty.

The year of use counts from the date of delivery. A replacement mattress continues the original warranty period — it does not restart it.
What counts as a mattress defect: manufacturing defects — sagging deeper than 1.5 inches, broken or protruding springs, cover seam failure, and material defects in the latex, foam or fabric under normal use.
Pillows and protectors (3 years): manufacturing defects — latex crumbling or splitting, zip and seam failure, and for the protector, loss of waterproofing under normal use and washing as per the care label.
Not covered by any warranty: deliberate or accidental damage, burns, pet damage, stains and soiling, structural tampering, use on a sagging or wrongly-spaced base, and the normal softening every natural-latex product goes through in its first year.
